1. Introduction

By accessing or placing an order with Weavv (via website or WhatsApp), you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. These terms constitute a legal agreement between you (the customer) and Weavv, based in Mumbai, India.

2. Order Process

  • Orders can be placed through our official website or designated WhatsApp contact.
  •  All product descriptions and pricing are subject to change at our discretion.
  • Orders are confirmed only upon receipt of payment or order confirmation for Cash on Delivery (COD).
  • Weavv reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its sole discretion (with a full refund if payment was made).

3. Payments

  • Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, COD (within eligible pin codes), and third-party payment gateways.
  • WhatsApp orders must be paid digitally via Weavv’s approved payment links. COD may only be available for selected pin codes.
  • All prices are listed in INR and include applicable GST.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Items are typically shipped from our Mumbai warehouse within 1–3 business days of order confirmation.
  • Estimated delivery timelines are communicated during checkout or via WhatsApp order confirmation.
  • Any delays due to force majeure, natural disasters, or logistics disruptions will be communicated.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Please refer to the comprehensive Return & Refund Policy provided on our website and order channels.
  • All return and refund requests must meet the eligibility conditions and are subject to inspection.
  • Refunds for eligible online payments are processed to the original payment method; COD refunds will be as store credit.

6. Use of Weavv Platform

  • You agree not to misuse the website or WhatsApp platform, including attempts at fraud, unauthorized access, or violation of intellectual property.
  • All content, images, and trademarks belong to Weavv and may not be reproduced without permission.

7. Privacy & Data

  • By ordering, you consent to the collection and processing of personal data as explained in the Weavv Privacy Policy.
  • Personal information is used solely for order processing, delivery, and customer service; it is not shared without consent except as required by law.

8. Disputes & Jurisdiction

Any disputes related to orders, services, or these terms shall be governed under the laws of India and subject to the jurisdiction of Mumbai courts.

9. Changes to Terms

Weavv reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website.

For WhatsApp orders specifically, it is recommended to:

  • Always share a clear, direct link to these Terms & Conditions during the order process.
  • Request customers to confirm acceptance (e.g., “I accept the terms & conditions”) before processing the order.
