Return & Refund Policy

At Weavv, customer satisfaction is our highest priority. We ensure our products are crafted with utmost care and quality. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to make returns simple and transparent, in full compliance with Indian consumer protection laws.  

Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 15 days from the date of delivery across India.  
    Eligible items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.  
  • Products bought during Final Sale or with special discounts (marked “non-returnable”) are not eligible for return or exchange.  
  • Returns are applicable only on full-priced items; accessories, innerwear, and personalized/customized products are non-returnable as per hygiene and customization norms.  
  • Damaged or defective items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, supported by order details and photographs.

Refund Options

  • For online payments, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after the return is received and inspected.
  •  For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be issued as store credit equal to the return value, valid for 12 months.  
  • If you prefer an exchange, we’ll dispatch your replacement once your returned product passes quality inspection.  

Return Process

  1. 1. Contact our Customer Care at support@weavv.co.in or through your order account, mentioning your order number and return reason.  
  2. 2. Once approved, we’ll arrange reverse pickup from your address (available in 20,000+ PIN codes pan-India). 
  3. 3. The item must be securely packed with tags intact.  
  4. 4. Upon receiving the product at our Mumbai facility, we’ll issue your refund/store credit within 7–10 working days.

Shipping & Return Charges

  • Free return pick-up for the first return on every order.  
  • Subsequent returns on the same order may attract a nominal ₹150 deduction to cover logistics costs.  
  • In remote areas where reverse pick-up is unavailable, customers may ship the product to our Mumbai warehouse, and Weavv will reimburse up to ₹100 for return shipping costs.

Legal & Compliance

This policy follows the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, ensuring full disclosure of refund timelines, exchange processes, and grievance redressal in accordance with Indian law.[1][2][3]
